This article was a terrible one for Steve Harvey. I am definitely not impressed with it. He is actually instigating more violence on the part of the family on any man who strikes a woman. Not cool. This drama is not going to be soled by beating up on one another. It goes on and on and on. I can't believe Steve took it there. Damn! I wonder if his next book will be about father's getting even on (what's the subject this time)...bad Steve, down boy!

No one is gonna stick up for Chris Brown. They don't want the repercussions from women's leagues and the like.
I'm tired of people speaking on the matter like Chris is supposed to be the model of restraint, while she runs buck wild and whoops his head. Kill that noise. You don't know what he had already endured from her or vice versa.
She acted up, he acted up. Thats what it really comes down to. Stop judging, its not your job.
I don't want to hear about women being weaker, and that he should do/know better. She knew he was a man, she (like most women do) knew that he was stronger than her. With that said, no your own limitations and stay in your place.
(No disrespect, my point being that I don't go out challenging 6'5" 295 pound men to fight, I know my limitations, and stay in my place).
Stop validating actions by women "because he should know better", you (women) should damn well know better also. Stop hollering for equal pay, equal rights, equality across the board, and then hide behind "I'm a female". Shut your mouth, keep your hands to yourself, and stop challenging men that have been taught their entire life to not let anyone take their last shred of dignity from them. That quality and lesson won't "go away" because "I'm a girl".

I mean this is a sensitive subject to discuss but I agree 100% with La_Tonya No man or woman deserves to get hit BUT I was also taught if you throwing your hands up like you a man then you should really get prepared to fight because men are just naturally stronger than women so when a woman be hitting her man throwing shit at him and doing some ol uncalled for stuff then she better be ready to get back whats coming to her...and Im not saying Rhianna started or she deserved to get hit but alotta people really think that women are supposed to get away with that kinda stuff and they shouldn't just like men shouldn't be allowed to beat up women...and nobody know what went on in that car but Chris BroWn and Rhianna so I mean if she take that young man back than thats on her she is 21 years old she is a woman she definetely can make her own decisions who are we to judge? but just know there are ALWAYS TWO SIDES TO A STORY.

I have always been told by both men and women, that if a woman throws her hands up like a man, she should be prepared to fight like a man. No one has the right to hit anyone. I don't care what he said to her. IF she started this altercation by hitting him while he was driving the car, then she should have been prepared for this man to defend himself. Granted, he should not have beaten her as bad as he did, but she should not have put her hands on him. In all of the news and talk shows that have voiced their opinion on this subject, no one said anything about her allegedly starting this fight. What about Chris Brown and his position in this? No one discussed that. And why was she not arrested for reckless endangerment by distracting him while he was operating a motor vehicle? He could just as easily hit someone and been in a really bad accident, possibly taking the life of some innocent bystander, just because she got mad and started hitting him. No one, and I mean, NO ONE deserves to be hit. And next time maybe she will think about what she is doing before she makes a grave mistake like that again. If the allegations are true about her hitting him first, then I hope that someone sticks up for Chris Brown.
