Diddy’s special friend/artist Cassie may have extended her 15 minutes of fame with a remix to her single, “King of Hearts.” Kanye West is resuscitating the track by remixing the beat. Though he doesn’t offer a new verse, his presence is definitely felt.
When Cassie’s original version was debuted, it was by Kanye when he was DJing parties. Many people thought he was playing the song because he did the production, but everyone found out it wasn’t him, he got in the studio to perfect the beat. Mr. West’s contribution includes adding a few hand claps and sampled vocals.
