Who says prison to work programs are not effective?

Embattled NFL Quarterback Michael Vick has gone from the Atlanta Falcons to the Philadelphia Eagles after serving time for dogfighting. According to Fox Sports he will receive $1.6 Million this year to back-up an injury prone Donovan McNabb.

Vick is available immediately for practice and is eligible to play in the last two preseason games of the season. He can’t participate in regular season games until he is reinstated by the NFL, which commissioner Roger Goodell says he will consider by week 6 (Oct. 18-19) at the latest.
