Before the syrup, dental surgeries, jail time, baby mamas, and platinum records, Lil Wayne was known as Baby D.

The 12-year-old future hip-hop superstar was in a group with a 14-year-old B.G. called, cleverly enough, the B.G.’z (“Baby Gangstaz” for those who were wondering). In 1995, they released their debut, True Story, but Lil Wayne Baby D was only featured on three of the songs.

These songs would be Weezy’s first ever commercially available songs!
