A source tells UK tabloid The Sun that Kanye frequents the school’s campus whenever he is in London. “Kanye spends a lot of time with fashion students and often hooks up with Central’s arty pupils when he is in London. The rapper already has work experience with Fendi and Louis Vuitton on his CV. Now that he has been interviewed the school’s board will have to decide whether to allow him to start the MA fashion course later this year.”

Kanye’s also rumored to have applied to the London College of Fashion as well.

Central Saint Martin has had several famous fashion alumni, including Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, and the controversial John Galliano.

If Kanye gets accepted, we just hope he doesn’t bring these guys with him:

UPDATE: A spokesperson for Central Saint Martins says that Kanye has not applied to the school, in a statement to MTV News.

“Kanye West is not enrolling in [the] MA Fashion [program] at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design,” Jo Ortmans, press officer for Central Saint Martins, wrote in an e-mail. “He visited the college last week on unrelated matters.”
