Tonight BET announced the nominees for their annual Awards show being hosted by comedian Kevin Hart on June 26, 2011. While most stars like Marsha Ambrosius expressed gratitude for their nominations, some of those left out were just as quick to express their anger.

In a very curt message from her Twitter page (@TrinaRockstarr) rapper Trina simply wrote, “F*ck BET,” when nominees were listed in the Best Female Hip-Hop Artist category. Diamond, Lola Monroe, Nicki Minaj (read her reaction to this HERE) and Master P’s daughter Cymphonique beat out the Diamond Princess for nominations in that category.

Trina released her fifth studio album, Amazin, in May of 2010 and it featured songs like “Million Dollar Girl” and  “My B*tches.” The album debuted at number 13 on the US Billboard 200, number two on the Billboard Top Rap Albums.

She also released a mixtape this spring called “Diamonds Are Forever.”
