Michael Vick just can’t stay healthy. The Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback broke his right (non-throwing) hand in a loss to the New York Giants. Vick started Sunday’s game despite suffering a concussion in last Sunday’s loss at Atlanta.

Vick was hit by Giants defensive tackle Chris Canty in the third quarter and says he was a late hit after completing a pass to Jeremy Maclin.

“I was trying to protect myself,” Vick said in his postgame news conference. “Still didn’t get a flag and that’s pretty much been the story for the last three weeks. I mean, obviously at some point something catastrophic is going to happen and I broke my hand.”

Before he left the game Vick threw for 176 yards with one interception and a sack.
