Taraji P. Henson is about to make Black women across America green with envy. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actress has been cast to star opposite Idris Elba in No Good Deed, a thriller from Sony Screen Gems. Henson will play a former district attorney, turned stay-at-home mom whose family is terrorized and kidnapped by a handsome stranger she invites into her home, when he experiences car trouble.
Elba will be pulling double duty, starring in and being executive producer of the project. He’s also recruited some help overseas–Sam Miller, director of “LUTHER” Season 2 will helm the project, with a screenplay by Aimee Lagos.
Filming starts in Atlanta next month.
What say you readers? Will Elba and Henson make magic together on screen?
