“Basketball Wives” has become the adult version of “Mean Girls.” Evelyn Lozada, Shaunie O’ Neal and Tami Roman lead the pack of ladies, controlling the tone of the show. On the last episode, Evelyn and newcomer–Kenya Bell got into an altercation over “he said, she said” which lead to Evelyn almost hitting Bell with a wine bottle! We may have thought that Kenya was intimidated but in all actuality, the aspiring singer says she has been trained to fight!
“I really didn’t want to have to hurt Evelyn on national television,” says Kenya!

In an interview with Juicy Magazine, Kenya says:
“I’ve been professionally trained to fight thanks to my Dad. I have no fear of any of them and all of their bullying, negativity, and pure haterism. It’s sad that as women, they aren’t supporting my efforts to be independent as a woman and a mother, especially after I spent years helping my husband make it to the NBA and he’s chosen to ruin his life. [The cast] can talk all they want, as long as neither of them put their hands on me, they have nothing to fear.”
