Shamed NBA baller Jayson Williams is once again in the land of the free. He was released from Rikers Island prison this morning after serving eight months of his one year sentence for a DUI charge stemming from an incident in 2010.

When Williams was arrested his blood alcohol level was .24, which is three times the legal limit. He drove across four lanes and hit a tree in New York City. This isn’t the first time Williams has been in prison. He served 18 months in a New Jersey prison in connection to his 2002 plea deal of aggravated assault and obstruction of justice.

Welcome home, Jayson. Stay out of trouble.
