The sudden death of Adam “MCA” Yauch has Twitter reeling from the sad news. People all over the social networking site have been posting their thoughts and condolences to Yauch’s family and the remaining members of the legendary trio Beastie Boys. Among the celebrities to reflect on the life of Adam “MCA” Yauch were Questlove, Ludacris, Ice-T.

Rapper/singer Tonedeff said, “License to Ill was the first album I ever paid for. It was because of the Beastie Boys that I began rhyming. I owe my entire existence as am emcee to the pioneering work MCA, Adrock and Mike D did. MCA was the soul of that group. He was always looking to infuse some topical depth into the typically over-the-top/randomness of the BB style. My ipod stays with Paul’s Boutique in rotation.”
