Tyga’s landlord is none too thrilled with the “Rack City” rapper following him signing a lease back in June to rent a $16,000 per month Malibu property and allegedly deciding to stop payment two months later.

TMZ says Gholamreza Rezai claims Tyga expressed a desire to move out by September 30th. His problem, according to Rezai, is that fans kept showing up at his front door — prompting him to worry that his home didn’t offer enough security. Rezai has filed the lawsuit against Tyga and his music company, seeking to terminate their lease agreement and recoup rent for September.

More on the suit:

According to the suit, Rezai refused to terminate the lease agreement and demanded September’s rent — but Tyga still wouldn’t ante up.

What’s worse, Rezai claims Tyga still hadn’t vacated the premises by September 30th … and the rapper allegedly continues to live there. We called Tyga for his side of the story, but were unable to reach him.

Rezai is suing for the past-due rent, plus damages, and he wants Tyga booted from the home ASAP.
