Rappers Busta Rhymes and Q-Tip have each had experiences working with Janet Jackson. Coming a few days after Kendrick Lamar pleaded to get Janet in his video for “Poetic Justice,” Busta Rhymes and Q-Tip trade stories about the pop star on the remix.

Bussa Bus opens the track remembering shooting the visual for his 1999 duet with Janet called “What’s It Gonna Be.” Rhymes confesses he was crushing on her while they filmed and rather enjoyed when the scene where she backed it up on him.

Q-Tip steps to the mic and takes the time to put their relationship rumors to bed. While he reflects on shooting the John Singleton film “Poetic Justice” with Jackson, he makes sure to say they kissed but only on screen.

The remix is a fitting homage since the record samples Jackson’s 1994 hit “Anytime, Any Place.” Listen below.
