NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INTERNET ACCESS AND VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS ARE REQUIRED.

Eligibility: The 7 Days of Goodie Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the (50) United States, who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES AS IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR YOU. Employees, officers and directors of Promotion Entities (as defined below), JetBlue Airways Corporation, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, agents, and suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, grandparents parents, siblings, and children) and household members (or any persons living in the same dwelling as the aforementioned, whether related or not) of each such employee/officer/director are not eligible to participate. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account associated with the Twitter account used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the entrant; such determination being made by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion. Potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s/Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Sponsor and Administrators are collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Entities” (although “Sponsor/Administrators” is also used herein).

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 and ends at 6:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 (Sweepstakes Period). A “day” of the Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 PM Eastern Time and ends the next day at 2:59 AM Eastern Time, except for the final day which ends at 6:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, September 3. Administrators’ clock is the official time keeping device of the Sweepstakes.

How To Enter:

Send a single tweet which includes (a) your favorite verse or line from any song by Goodie Mob; (b) share a link to the album “Age Against The Machine,” which can be found here: http://amzn.to/171W7yq; and (c) the hashtag #GoodieMob. Follow @GoodieMobMusic and @CeeLoGreen (if you don’t follow them already). YOU MUST HAVE A TWITTER ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES; IF YOU DON’T HAVE ONE, YOU MAY SIGN UP FOR ONE AT NO COST AT http://WWW.TWITTER.COM.

Restrictions on Entry: To receive an entry in the Sweepstakes, favorite verse/line from any song by Goodie Mob and link to Age Against The Machine must be tweeted in the exact form provided by Sponsor (if any elements are added to or omitted from favorite verse/line and/or link, person sending tweet will NOT be entered in the Sweepstakes). Tweet must also include the hashtag: #GoodieMob. Re-tweets or re-sending the same tweet (or a tweet which is substantially similar to a tweet previously sent) multiple times will not result in entry in the Sweepstakes. A given Twitter account may only be used by one (1) person to participate in the Sweepstakes; a single person cannot use more than one (1) Twitter account to participate in the Sweepstakes. Use of any automated technology or system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Proof of sending tweet does not constitute proof of entry in the Sweepstakes. Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, corrupted, inaccessible, unintelligible or misdirected entries, all of which are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor (subject only to the rights of Twitter); receipt of entries will not be acknowledged by Sponsor/Administrators.

Mobile Device Entry: If participating in the Sweepstakes via mobile device, wireless Internet access fees may apply. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding your pricing plan. Not all cellular phone providers carry necessary service/functionality to participate via mobile device. Check your phone capabilities for specific instructions for wireless Internet access. Wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected via a series of seven (7) random drawings on or about September 4, 2013 by Administrator, via http://www.Random.org. Sponsor will conduct seven (7) drawings, with each drawing consisting of all eligible entries received up to and including the end of the applicable day of the Sweepstakes Period (a “day” being defined above in “Timing”). For the avoidance of doubt, non-winning entries will be retained for subsequent days’ drawings. Winners will be notified, on or about September 4, 2013, by direct message from @GoodieMobMusic and/or @CeeLoGreen. Be sure that your Twitter privacy settings allow for @GoodieMobMusic and/or @CeeLoGreen to contact you via direct message. Winner must respond to direct message within six (6) hours of transmission in order to remain eligible to potentially win prize. Winner may also be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within (5) business days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement (if applicable) or if winner cannot be contacted for any reason, or if winner is determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion to be ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified, with the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner being selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Prizes/Odds:

Grand Prize: Seven (7) winners will each be awarded one (1) roundtrip ticket to one (1) destination of winner’s choice on JetBlue Airways. Approximate Retail Value: $750.00 each. If Approximate Retail Value of prize (as stated herein) exceeds actual value of prize, winner will not receive the difference in cash. Prize will be awarded as JetBlue Airways Flight Certificate. Terms and conditions apply to usage of Flight Certificate. Terms and conditions include expiration date of one (1) year from date of issuance, and usage being subject to availability and blackout dates; for complete terms and conditions, see below under JetBlue Flight Travel Certificates Terms & Conditions. Lost or stolen prizes will NOT be replaced. No prize substitution except by Sponsor if advertised prize is unavailable for any reason, and only then for prize of comparable value. Prizes are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. Any expenses related to acceptance and use of prize which are not specified in these Official Rules (e.g., travel to/from airports serviced by JetBlue Airways) as well as all applicable taxes on prize are winner’s sole responsibility. Winners will receive an IRS 1099 Tax Form reflecting value of prize. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per address/family/household.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each random drawing.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to the use, by Sponsor and its designees (which may include JetBlue Airways Corporation), of winner’s name, Twitter account “handle,” likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional/advertising/trade purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes in any and all media, worldwide, without further notice or payment/consideration.

Privacy: Provision of personal information in conjunction with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy accessible at the official CeeLo Green website. In participating in the Sweepstakes, you are providing your information to Sponsor, not to Facebook or Twitter. Limitations of Liability: Promotion Entities and JetBlue Airways Corporation are not responsible: (1) for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) for technical and/or communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, including any defect or irregularity in the proper functioning of Twitter or filtering by Twitter which interferes with the conduct of the Sweepstakes; (3) for unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (4) for technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) for any injury or damage to persons or property (including a person’s computer or mobile device and information stored therein) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor/Administrator reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they suspect or find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Promotion Entities reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Promotion Entities’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules in a given circumstance shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Force Majeure. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in its sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof), Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes and select the prize winners in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Promotion Entities in its sole discretion. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on http://www.TheUrbanDaily.com, Goodie Mob Music and CeeLo Green Twitter pages (i.e., @GoodieMobMusic and @CeeLoGreen).

Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant (a) releases Promotion Entities, JetBlue Airways Corporation, promotional agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, as well as Facebook and Twitter, from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with the Sweepstakes, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the prize that may be awarded; and (b) acknowledges that Promotion Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize including, without limitation, the prize quality or availability.

Winners’ List: For the names of winners, mail request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Primary Wave Music, ATTN: Special Education/JetBlue Winners, 116 East 16th Street, New York, NY 10003, to be received by September 9, 2013. Winners’ List will be available after October 1, 2013.

JetBlue Flight Travel Certificates Terms & Conditions

Each Travel Certificate is good for one-time use by one person in accordance with the travel restrictions identified on or in connection with the Certificate. All travel must be booked and flown within the specified validity dates. In the event that a Travel Certificate does not include dates of validity, the Certificate shall be good for travel booked and flown within one (1) year of the date of issuance. If specific flights or departures/destinations are not identified on or in connection with the Travel Certificate, the Certificate may only be redeemed for one-way JetBlue flights to/from JetBlue cities. (Not all JetBlue cities connect; call 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2538) for information on connecting cities.) Redeemed travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and capacity controls (flights to/from Caribbean destinations subject to heightened capacity controls), and seats may not be available on all flights. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Certificate is not valid for bookings on partner airlines or code share or interline flights or for use in connection any other products or services, except that Certificate may be applied towards the air portion of a JetBlue Getaways vacation package. Certificate is transferable; however, at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, traded on an auction website or otherwise exchanged for value without prior written consent from JetBlue. Certificate cannot be partially redeemed, is not redeemable for cash, and has no cash value. Passengers are subject and entitled to all provisions of JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage. Government taxes and fees apply to travel booked using a Certificate, are the responsibility of the passenger, and will vary based on route. Taxes and fees may include, without limitation, Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9 each way; September 11 Security Fees of up to $5 each way; Federal Segment Taxes of $3.80 per domestic segment; U.S. Arrival/Departure Tax of $16.70 each way for Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands travel; U.S. government excise tax of $8.40 per departure for Alaska and Hawaii travel; government fees and taxes up to $120.80 each way for international travel; and a Value Added Tax of up to $212.28 each way for Barbados, Colombia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica travel. Government taxes/fees are subject to change as required by law. Passenger must pay all applicable taxes and fees using a major credit card at the time of booking.

A Travel Certificate may be redeemed only by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) and providing the authorization number and PIN number included on the Certificate. Travel Certificates may not be redeemed at airport ticket counters or online. The authorization number and/or PIN number cannot be replaced if lost or stolen (except as required by law), and JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Travel Certificates, authorization numbers or pin numbers.
