“People thought I was a rapper because of ‘Deuces,’ but it wasn’t that, it was because I was a songwriter, after Tyga and Chris’ verse it’s only a rap verse left so I had to rap,” K-Mac told ThisIsRnB.com, answering the question, “Who is Kevin McCall” rather succinctly. “People liked it, so it was cool, but I’m really tryin to let people know, I’m a singer, I love to sing.”
