<> on January 19, 2014 in Glendale, California.“The Blindside” actor Quinton Aaron knows he’s a big guy. He is one of those men who are big in both senses of the word–height and weight. Aaron towers over most people at 6’8 and weighs 500 pounds. Because of his size Quinton Aaron was removed from a recent U.S. Airways flight.

Quinton Aaron tried to board the U.S. Airways flight from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Rochester, New York. Aaron din’t even get a chance to strap his seatbelt on before he was being asked to get off the plane. When he sat down, the person next to him was immediately uncomfortable because Aaron’s body spilled over into the next seat. A flight attendant came over and asked Quinton to legit the plane. The actor tried to explain that he normally does buy two plane tickets, but there weren’t two seats next to each other that were available.

Despite trying to talk the flight attendant into letting him stay on the flight because the flight was only an hour, he was asked to leave and he did. Quinton Aaron booked a later flight where he was able to purchase two seats.

Aaron took the whole incident in stride. “I definitely need two seats … It worked out for the better … my knees weren’t pushed into the back of the metal on someone else’s seat,” the actor said.
