Superstar football player Colin Kaepernick is in a world of trouble. The San Francisco 49ers quarterback is being investigated for sexual assault.

According to a police report filed in Miami, a woman claims she was assaulted at the Viceroy Hotel on April 1st. The woman alleges that she went to hang out at the apartment of Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette. She was aware that Kaepernick and his teammate Quinton Patton were also at the residence.

The woman, whose name was redacted from the police report to protect her identity, says at around 9pm she made some drinks and shots for the trio of football players. However, they responded that in order for them to drink what she prepared, she wouls have to take a hit from their bong that was filled with weed.

She claims she took a hit from the bong and got lightheaded. She went into the bedroom to rest. She alleges Kaepernick “came up behind her into the bedroom and started kissing her.”

“She advised they were kissing (mouth) and Mr Kaepernick started to undressed [sic] her. She got completely naked.  Mr. Kaepernick told her that he was going to be right back and left the bedroom. They did not have sex.”

The lady told law enforcement that while she was still naked, Patton and Lockette opened the door and looked inside. She told them to get out and she blacked out after that. Later, she woke up in a hospital bed without any recollection of how she got there or who brought her there.

The woman does acknowledge that she and Colin Kaepernick once had a sexual relationship in the past.

Cops are calling this a “suspicious incident,” but are definitely handling this as if it were a sex crime.
