According to TMZ, Chris Brown has been sentenced to spend another 4-plus months in jail. As we previously reported, Chris violated his probation in the Rihanna case by getting booted out of his court ordered rehab. Brown’s legal team was hoping to spring him from the clink today….that didn’t happen.

Oddly enough, Chris seems to have gotten a break because the judge took into account that he was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder, which could explain for some of his behavior.
And the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept has been releasing inmates sentenced to 1 year after 240 days. And here’s the thing. Chris gets credit for 2 days for every 1 he served behind bars, so when you add it up, he has credit for 234 days — 6 days shy. So he could be released in days.
Breezy still has his D.C. assault trial to contend with which is set to start in a few months.
Is it just us or does Chris look worse for the wear every time we see him? The light from his eyes seems to diminish even more with each time he appears in court. We don’t know if he will stop taking his meds and get in trouble again or not…but we really hope he doesn’t. It’s sad….just sad.
