The 2014 Tony Awards got a little taste of Hip-Hop during the telecast this past Sunday night. Host Hugh Jackman recruited rappers LL Cool J and T.I. for the special performance as well.

During the Tonys telecast, Jackman took some time out to tell the audience about having a part in a stage production of the hit 1957 musical “The Music Man.” As The “X-Men: Days of Futures Past” star recounted his childhood memory, he started singing some of the lyrics.

Out of the clear blue, T.I. and LL Cool J are introduced to help remix the Broadway classic into a modern Hip-Hop tune. While many weren’t really trying to hear Hugh Jackman spit some rhymes, he was pretty decent.
