For those of you who can’t get enough of the dance craze sweeping the internet called #ShmoneyDance, you just helped the creator get himself a record deal. It was recently announced that Brooklyn rapper Bobby Shmurda was signed to Epic Records by Sha Money XL.

When Shmurda signed on the dotted line, Epic record executive Sha Money XL, the man responsible for bringing you G-Unit, posted a photo of Bobby Shmurda on Instagram making the announcement. “Deal is done @bobby_shmurda #EPIC no one does the underdogs better then me. Brooklyn this 1 is for you!” Sha Money XL captioned.

The 20-year-old Shmurda has been tasting success ever since he dropped the video for his song “Hot Ni**a” on Youtube. After the song and dance caught on, Bobby found himself being co-signed from who’s who in the industry. Jay Z and Beyonce played the song during stops o their “On the Run” stadium tour. French Montana is planning to hop on the remix and Fabolous, Meek Mill, and Raekwon have all brought him out at different events they were performing at.

I guess we should look out for this kid. If you haven’t been introduced to Bobby Shmurda, allow us to do the honors.
