Comedy musician “Weird Al” Yankovic has carved out a unique niche in the world of music. As the progenitor of the music parody, at least in the form we know it today, Yankovic has made a living using popular (and not so popular) music to address or poke fun at aspects of life and pop culture, ranging from waiting in line for the drive-thru to bad grammar to Jerry Springer and everything in between. He has a fine eye for musical detail, matching the singer’s cadence and even mimicking details from their original music videos in some cases. Many of his most famous songs are parodies of songs by black artists, both old and new. Check some of them out below!

White And Nerdy (Parody of “Ridin'” by Chamillionaire feat. Krayzie Bone)

Amish Paradise (parody of “Gangsta’s Paradise” by Coolio)

Fat (parody of “Bad” by Michael Jackson)

Eat It (parody of “Beat It” by Michael Jackson)

Trash Day (parody of “Hot In Here” by Nelly)

Living With A Hernia (parody of “Living In America” by James Brown)

Trapped In The Drive-Thru (parody of “Trapped in The Closet” chapters 1-3 by R. Kelly)

Its All About The Pentiums (parody of “It’s All About the Benjamins” by Puff Daddy)

As an added bonus, here’s an Al TV interview with Snoop Dogg.
