Rapper T.I. is no stranger to a courtroom, but the reason he’s back in court has nothing to do with guns or drugs like his past arrests.

TMZ reports a rental company is suing the “No Mediocre” rhymer claiming he failed to return an expensive video screen called a roll drop once he wrapped up the America’s Most Wanted” tour with Lil Wayne. The centerpiece of the stage setup was the roll drop. The rental company claims T.I. paid for the rental of the piece of equipment, but has yet to return it despite the tour being over last year.

The rental company is suing Tip for $50,000 — the cost of the roll drop. On top of the $50,000 the company is asking for, they also want a judge to award them another $50,000 simply because they lost income due to T.I.’s actions because ether could’ve rented the roll drop to other performers.

T.I. has not made any comment about the lawsuit.
