Leslie Jones is the latest addition to the venerable cast of “Saturday Night Live,” breaking a record in the process of having two women of color on the long-running sketch comedy staple at the same time. Outside of her controversial appearance on Weekend Update, Jones has been writing for the show for just about a year and seems more than ready to take on the role of cast member.
Jones is the latest in a long line of Black performers on Saturday Night Live. Hit the jump for some other familiar faces.
