In a move that some have seen coming for a while, action film staple Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will finally be teaming up with comedy superstar Kevin Hart on a new film. The two box office titans will work on a project for New Line Cinemas called “Central Intelligence,” directed by “Dodgeball” director Rawson Marshall Thurber, according to Variety.

The “Hercules” star will play a high school outcast turned contract killer for the CIA, who recruits Hart’s character, an ex-high school football star for help with a dangerous mission. This is yet another bout of big news for Johnson, as the former wrestling star is also working on “Journey to The Center of the Earth” sequels, and has signed on to play the super villain Black Adam in the upcoming Warner Bros. film, “Shazam.”

Hart also had a jam packed 2014, with “Ride Along,” “Think Like A Man Too,” “About Last Night,” and the BET hit scripted “reality ” show, “Real Husbands of Hollywood.”
