Approximately $400 million is expected to change hands strictly because of the Floyd Mayweather Jr. versus Manny Pacquiao bout on May 2 in Las Vegas. Expect that figure to grow, as both Snoop Dogg and DJ Khaled have announced residency performances at Tao nightclub at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. While Vegas has hosted the likes of Cee Lo Green (Planet Hollywood) and Celine Dion (Ceasar’s Palace), Snoop will perform in a hosting, rapping, and DJ capacity under the moniker “DJ Snoopadelic.” This continues his Snoopadelic Cabaret performances from last year, and with his upcoming BUSH album expected to be released before the summer, Snoop will likely debut some new material.

DJ Khaled will also temporarily put down roots in the Nevada desert with his own separate residency at Tao. In a press release, The Venetian announced Khaled’s We The Best: Vegas Edition will commence on May 1.
