For almost three months now, Fabolous and DJ Clue have been releasing their “Friday Night Freestyles.” At the end of every working week, Fab would drop a freestyle over a classic throwback beat. So far, the Brooklyn, New York rapper has gone in over a string of classics including Mobb Deep’s “Shook Ones (Part II)” and Nas’ “The World Is Yours,” among others.
Now though, it looks like the freestyles are getting a proper home. Taking to Instagram during the early hours of this morning (May 22), Fabolous announced that their would be an official project for the freestyles, presumably set to drop sometime soon. It’s reported that the collection will house all of Fab’s releases so far, and hopefully some new heat as well.
