Singer/actor Tyrese is a polarizing figure. You are either going to love the guy or you don’t mess with him because you believe he’s dumber than a box of rocks being skipped across a lake. Despite being forgiven for most of his past indiscretions, Tyrese stepped into some mess when he aired his problems with “fat and nasty” people.

During an interview with AllHipHop.com, Tyrese was asked how he dealt with motivating people to live healthier lives and he responded with:

“When you take a shower and you put your fat, nasty body in the shower and by the time you get out, the mirrors are all steamed up so you don’t look at what you did to yourself. That may sound offensive or insensitive but ultimately, you are big as hell because you have earned that sh*t. You worked your a** off to eat everything in sight to get big as hell.”

As a man who, according to Tyrese, is “fat and nasty,” I have a few things to say. You’re right, I earned every single extra pound placed on my frame by eating too much and not exercising enough. While that creates problems for me that will leave me with a serious amount of medical bills, I’m good with being “fat and nasty.” Why? Because I know I can always lose weight whenever I decide I don’t want to be this size any more. If we’re keeping all the way real, you don’t even look like you did when you debuted. Nobody said anything to you when you were in Usher’s video looking like Funky Dineva’s sidepiece.

On top of you not looking they way you think fat people should, you are dumb. Despite writing books where the quality is worse than whoever wrote that stinker of a movie “Annapolis,”  you make Buck Wheat sound like Socrates. So we need to make a deal. You stop trying to show me and the rest of my “fat and nasty” brethren up by taking off your shirt and we’ll allow you and all of your grammatically incorrect tweets and musings to live. Deal? We’ll accept your future silence as acceptance to our proposition.
