As far as 50 is concerned, you can go back a few years as to why he should be on there. All in all… music has NEVER been this bad. Everybody’s trying to make a quick buck. When you make it all about the money, you take away from music itself. As a B-Boy, it hurts… because generally, I respect music and most specifically Hip-Hop. As far as b-boyin is concerned, or “Breakdancing” for those of you who aren’t familiar… it’s not accepted unless it’s on America’s Got Talent, Best Dance Crew, Stomp the Yard, etc…

Music will improve when we accept raw talent again.

to Mr. MArvel…dog, u right aout one thing, people are looking hard at the South right now, but not doing anything memorable??? Stop listening to the commercial BS, we all know what really sells is usually HOT garbage…The SOUTH that WE vibe down here probbly never leaves the area, Im from the FLA and I rarely listen to the radio because I know the “Juiceman” and some others are on there making the trap say Ay!! and me say WTF?!!…Dog, the South is deep with true talent, but our culture is different and the music reflects that, so if it is not what u are USED to thats one thing, but to say it is not “memorable” is subjective. When I listen to the new Dirty CD (u know the pimp and the G) I hear awesome talent,real issues being addressed and what about Banner’s last effort, n****s slept on it and he was FIRIN OFF…real issues, real southern issues, real WORLD issues…the list goes on…Each area makes music that reflects the issues of the area, and if i dont like it or cannot relate to it I DONT LISTEN TO IT, but i wldnt say its not memorable, just not memorable to ME….but this is my opinion as we all are entitled

I say the world forgot what rap is about. Technically, MCs write their own lyrics. Hardcore rappers don’t kiss other men in the mouth. “How can you be an artist when someone is painting pictures for you???” I understand it is now the South’s turn. Hip-Hop began in the north, the west coast made their mark… but in my opinion, now that the South is holdin the ball. They’re not really doin nothing with it. So many one hit wonders… and nobody’s doing anything memorable. Music is supposed to be something that sticks with people for a while… not weeks to months. I respect the South, but it’s full of temporary artist, and fake MCs. Underground rap in Atlanta is a different story… but on the surface, there’s not much of anything going on. Mother goose rhymes and corny dances. I’m from the north and I’m not bias at all. I hated Chicken Noodle Soup and I can’t stand people like M.I.M.S. (Music Is My Savior)?? Yeah right. If it’s whack, I’m callin it out. We laugh at classic music, but we’re steady remakin it… and destroying it.
