Wow. I sort of thought people were exaggerating and since I don’t watch music video channels I never planned on actually seeing it. After the whole BET awards fiasco I thought I’d check it out. And damn. The first shot was all boobs! Then the girl running up the steps? I could’ve seen what she had for breakfast the day before the crack of her butt was displayed so prominently. And it’s a shame because it would’ve been cute had they not made that MAJOR mistake. Put some uniforms that actually covered something and put girls of all races and complexions on both teams and it would have been a funny, cute video. While it was Drake’s video I don’t know how much artistic control he had. But Kanye’s behind needs to stop. I have lost a lot of respect for him in the last year. I know he’s probably still reeling from his mother’s passing, but damn, he sure isn’t showing the respect for women I know his mama taught him with this drivel.

look i’m a female and i feel as though if you’re grown you make the decision whether or not to be half naked in the video. . . so my point is it’s not the chick in the video I could personal care less. I recently started to listen to Drake and I like the song. But when the video came out all I could say was “WOW.” It was a wrong choice for the way the video was made but he is a rookie in the game. i agree with holla_at_ladyC if you dont like the song or video then dont listen to it when it’s on the radio or watch the video. It aint that serious people, it’s just a damn music video. I seen way worse. There’s way more important issues going on in the world than ass and titties in hip hop videos! lmao! And why is it all these women groups get mad at the rappers for. I understand that yes black women should be shown in more positive roles sometimes but before you get outraged and offended at the artist maybe your anger should be towards the actual women in the videos!!! Nobody seem to talk about that part. they choose to be half naked in the videos and dont seem to complain that much. There’s usually hundreds ot thouands of women just dying to be in a music video during auditions so if they dont have a problem with how they protrayed then why should you. Sometimes i believe it’s just women “hating” on other women cuz they’re doing something that they cant.so whats the big deal. it’s only entertainment and remember folks music videos and movies and tv shows shouldnt be raising your kids anyway.
