R&B veteran Faith Evans has had her share of ups and downs in the love department, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t worthy of being loved. Evans knows this and shares the message in her new single “I Deserve It.”

Lifted from her upcoming eighth album titled “Incomparable,” Faith sings about finding a man who she deems is a good one. Faith’s Hip-Hop protege Sharaya J adds a nice rap verse to the uptempo track laced with piano and horn melodies. Longtime Bad Boy collaborator Missy Elliott finds herself on the song looking for a good man as well. (Stop laughing at that last sentence.) Missy pays homage to Salt-N-Pepa‘s 1993 single “Shoop” on her verse.

“Incomparable” doesn’t have a release date as of yet. However, we do know the album is going to feature appearances from Jazmine Sullivan and gospel great Karen Clark-Sheard.
