Jimmy Winfrey, the individual police say is responsible for shooting at Lil Wayne’s tour bus back in April, has had domestic terrorism added to his charges by prosecutors, according to WSBTV. The publication reports that in an updated indictment, it’s alleged that Winfrey told Weezy he would “spray his bus.”

The original indictment claimed that Winfrey conspired with Birdman and Young Thug to carry out the shooting, however Birdman has since vehemently denied such accusations.

The indictment continues by stating that Winfrey was driving the white Chevrolet Camaro from which shots were fired at Wayne’s tour bus on April 26, after a police escort left. The same vehicle was later found at the home of one of Winfrey’s relatives, according to the indictment.

An excerpt of the indictment can be read below:

“After Atlanta Police discontinued their escort, (Winfrey) and fellow Blood Gang members entered Interstate 285 from Atlanta Road in Cobb County in pursuit of the buses occupied by (Lil Wayne’s) group,” the indictment says, according to WSBTV. “(That’s when) the white sports car pulled beside the buses, shots were then fired into the buses from the sports car with a .40 caliber handgun and a 9mm handgun.”
