The worst way to break up with someone is to just stop coming around – no explanation. It’s immature to say the least. It happened to me. I found out when I was over a mutual friend’s house and someone knocked on the door looking for him. The person that answered the door told him to try Abbie’s. That he had moved in with her the previous week. He had moved on but didn’ bother to share it with me.

But then when I started seeing another guy, my ex had the nerve to call me and read me the riot act because he had seen us together. Now mind you, this was a man that left without so much as a goodbye and had moved in with the woman and he was calling me out because I had a new boyfriend. He is damn lucky I didn’t know where she lived because I would have shown up at her door and gone postal on his ass.

Usually, how bad a relationship ends depends on how it starts. If both partners did not ask the right questions before moving from the casual phase to the serious phase of the relationship, then it is likely one of them is more “serious” than the other. When one assumes that the relationship is serious while the other does not, then the other person is not being honest about their true feelings, which leads to them using passive, indirect means to end the relationship (thus, texts, voicemails, tweets, etc…)

I think the best way to break up with someone is to just sit them down and talk face to face, let them know how you feel. Sure its hard to do because you probably don’t want to hurt the other person but unfortunately it comes along with the situation. One of the worst ways to break up is to just stop all communication all together with the person. To me that is a sign that you are very immature if you cant woman or man up to how you feel..you would just be running away…

I dated this guy for an brief moment we went on like 3 dates…he told me how beautiful I was he really like me and blah blah blah…After our third date he stopped calling me texting, didn’t hear from him until a whole year later….he called me out the blue saying ohh i had to clear my head for a minute but i’ve missed u….so stupid me wanted to start things over so we went out to eat and in the middle of our dinner he told me that he’s seeing three other women that he’s really starting to have feelings for….soooo tha was when I was through so I told him to lose my number

to me the worst way to end a relationship (esp when you think you in love)is just one day cut off all communications(silent treatment) with no closure and hopefully they will get the wake up call(logical message)… that you not messing with their ass nomore. *Note: Does not work well on psychopaths or stalkers.

Well, I agree with many of you. If not almost all of you. With this touchy subject. Everybody has had it someway or another. However, my opinion would have to be the worse break up. Is when he changes his number w/out you knowing it only when you call it. And yet, to realize that he needed to give it to you. He decides to text you 2 weeks later from the new number claiming that’s it not him. Then you having to find out that it really is. And then him setting up a kid to do his dirty work saying it’s not his number when you’ve found out through the phone company that it is his number! Is it even a break up. Because he still never said you all have broken up officially! Scoop this one. I think it’s the best one of them all! Holla back and keep ya head up coz’ only the strong survive.

Well for me, it was funny and sad at the same time. She came to my house on Sunday, didn’t say anything. At the same time she was telling me how she thought she was pregnant. If she was I would have handled it but other wise she was probably just scared. Monday morning on my way to a job I hated, she told me via text message that she was in the clear cause her time of month had come around and she was seeing someone else. That right thurrrrrrrrrrrrrr lol yeah that bit but it’s a lesson learned

the best way is to just say it’s over and mean it. whether in person, email, phone etc doesn’t matter. iv broken up w/ guys over the phone b/c it’s the quickest way. most breakups happen after things have gone sour anyway. there’s nothing to talk about, just get it over with

the last relationship i had was the worst. I `ve been holding him down for the last 4 years and he goes to jail. He wrote me letters telling me how much he had some much respect for me for doing what i had to do for our kids and me. and how he couldn`t wait to come home to me and the kids. but as soon as he went to a halfway house he started taking some college coures and met this white hoe. when i found the number and called she said oh no we are just friends,etc. but as soon as he came home and found out i was talking to her he told me it was over.wtf!!! and decieded he wanted to have her instead of us. he took me to court for custody and called me untfit and a drug addict. i don`t even use drugs. called children in youth 3 times. let`s the white girl disrepect me call me and harrass me plays on my phone had to get my number changed. mind u he hasn`t seen the kids since oct.i have never went through anything like this and hope i never will again . it makes you nit wanna even bother with anyone else. i`m such a bad mother yet still i`m living on my own with my kids going to college and own all my shit. not taking my man to stay with my family and have no job. so u tell me who is doing better?

the worst way…..this is still going on in my life today!
MARRIED A MAN 7 YEARS AGO….BEEN WITH HIM FOR A TOTAL OF 16 YEARS…HE GOT LOCKED UP..STAYED IN FOR 13…FOUGHT AND STRUGGLED AND LIVED THROUGH THE HELL ONLY TO HAVE HIM COME HOME IN 2006 THEN IN 2007 HAVE A BABY BY HIM THAT WAS BORN STILL AT 39 WEEKS. HE STARTED CHEATING OUT THE GATE. AFTER THE BABY WAS BORN STILL THE BITCH CAME TO THE HOSPITAL TO GIVE LOVE. FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS I HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE THE HOE IN THE STREET AND THE OTHERS HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE QUEENS. WE LIVED IN DIDFFERENT STATES UNTIL 8 MOS AGO. HE IS NOW LIVING 2 HOURS AWAY WITH ANOTHER WOMAN…HAVENT SPOKE TO HIM SINCE OCTOBER.
TELL ME IS SILENCE THE BEST WAY?

The worst way is to think that you’re both in love, plans have been made and then…..suddenly there are things that have to be taken care of and put to rest before yall can continue (on his end). Then Being made to believe that “it” will continue and the next thing you know, he’s with somebody else, right in yo face……..weeks later. I think that the worst way to break-up with someone is when there’s a child/children invovled; because there’s so many emotions invovled in the decision making that it leaves both parties ignorant to the big picture. The kids!
