In the never-ending battle between God and monsters most are forced to pick sides. But three MCs from Maryland have found a way to fuse the concepts in a way that works.

Gods’Illa (God is Illa) is a group comprised of Acem, 7-1-20 and Powerful who want to bring music back to “everyday people,” and restore the balance in hip-hop. The Urban Daily took a walk with the brothers when they visited NY and got some clarity behind the name, their self-titled debut and their Up & Up movement.
