Only hours after expressing his outrage over Busta Rhymes’ controversial song “Arab Money,” Iraqi-born rapper The Narcicyst told AllHipHop.com that he received a personal phone call from Busta himself last night (December 8), apologizing for the misunderstanding created by the song.

According to Narcicyst, the two rappers spent nearly half an hour on the phone discussing Busta’s original intent in making the song, which the veteran rapper says was meant to pay homage to Arab culture.

First of all this is great pub for Narcicyst who I never heard of until I read this. The song is hella funny, it’s a cool dance to go with it, I have the s**t on my iPod and I request it in the clubs. It doesn’t demean Arab culture in any off-limits way…he could have talked about suicide bombs and terrorism and wearing veils and all types of s**t, but all he did was focus on rich Arab princes and compare himself to them. I think it’s creative even if it is just another “look how much money I have” song, and I think people need to quit being so damn sensitive. This is America, we have freedom of speech and expression here, if that offends you, take your ass back to Iraq or wherever and take your chances.

I agree with you LBCveto3. It’s got a great dance beat. I sitting at work doing the dance and watching the video. Why are people always looking for negativety in everything. With shyt that’s happening in the world now you need to laugh whenever you get the chance. Some people need to get a life. Tired of having to apologizes for shyt. Do your thing Busta.
