I think that as Tupac’s mother, she is automatically under scrutiny and being watched just as he was. Marijuana should just be legalized and processed, packaged and taxed just like cigarettes for those who choose to consume it. I have never heard of anyone getting high off weed and going out and robbing a bank, unlike crack, meth and several manmade and prescription drugs. If anything, potheads are more inclined to raid your fridge. In California a prescription will get you all the weed you want. Why are the laws so different from state to state? At 63, she probably shouldn’t be smoking anything just based on the potential damage it could do to her lungs. Personally, I don’t get the attraction to being in a state of intoxication with anything. In this day and and age, with everything that is going on around us, one should be functioning with a clear head.
