I am not sure who to blame..I am orginally from Gary, In. born and raised. It is a very rough city. Vice Lords and Gangster Disciples roam the streets and crime is high. Gary was the nation’s Murder Capital for 17 yrs straight so this comes as no surprise to me..STILL SAD AND DISGUSTING none the less. I remember sitting in my grandmother’s den watching BET and continued to raised the volume on my tv to avoid hearing the gunshots outside.. Gary is no place to play with.
