them southern cops is a bunch of azzholes they stay pulling over black folks. we stay lit up in the bean laws for weed here are cool but its sucks in most places. we have a hempfest here every year and its safely promoted right on our state house front yard. Nothing like smoking a fatty in the cops presence. WEED LAWS IS THE CRIME

Whoa, i viewed that video and it seemed a bit long, it appeared to me that after he passed the first two test then the situation should’ve ended. After he walked the yellow line and jumped to turn around without much difficulty it should’ve ended, the follow my finger with your eyes and not your head went on for so long that i became dizzy, and i’m completely sober. Then finally the lift your foot off the ground and slowly count to ten, 1 1000 1, 2 1000 2, after i get to 5 i’m tapped out. Now what if he was driving for a long time prior to being pulled over, fatigue may have set in and being subjected to these test for such a long period of time can take it’s toll on any person. At one point does this become profiling? If you look carefully, the second officer who walked past the camera seem to lose interest in this situation. Don’t get me wrong, i respect authority, do what you feel is needed to remove the bad element, but do so with a little common sense. I really applaud Nas for being totally cooperative, because i had a strong feeling this officer was itching for Nas to stumble or become belligerent. Keep up people and use this as example, because you never know who’s making a video.

Wait a second, did i read that correctly? Did it say “Law enforcement tells us, he was arrested, booked and charges are pending.” Last time i checked once you are arrested and booked they have already charged you with something? Am I correct in assuming that? “Pending” does that mean pending we can get rid of the video from the dash cam? Or does it mean pending we can get a hot urine sample from one of our snitches and give Nas the credit? What exactly does “pending” mean?

I live in the southeast part of Georgia near Savannah. I smoke weed daily and got pulled over plenty of times after smoking and not once did i take a field test. The only thang they did was call the dogs and searched my car and when they dont find nothing, they’ll let you go. Around Henry co area, they know alot of black celebs live there and they trying to rack up money up there

Yup, they are mos def clowning him. He should have said, can I help you officer or am I free to go? then say am I being detained or can I leave. Mainly I see him voluntarily submiting to the test and not under any real detention. Know your rights people. All ways ask are you free to leave, put the pressure on the officers to make a move or to let you go.
