As Steve Urkel, Jaleel White couldn’t be more endearing to fans of the show. Well, according to his ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter, Jaleel White is a far cry from Steve Urkel. She says White used to beat her and call her awful names like “White Trash.”
According to RadarOnline, Bridget Hardy gave Star Magazine an exclusive interview where she shed some light on the horrors of her relationship with the Family Matters actor. After Hardy stepped to White about his wandering eye and cheating ways, Hardy says, “He blew up! He hit me across the chest area.” This altercation allegedly happened in 2010.
White has always adamantly denied Bridget Hardy’s claims. However, she told the magazine he was verbally and physically abusive on more than one occasion. “He pushed me into the toilet, and it broke. Water went everywhere, through the walls and even to the kitchen downstairs.”
Allegedly Jaleel White also changed the locks when she took their dughter on a trip to Seattle and found her belonginfs had been placed in storage. Hardy also says the relationship to be so bad he offered her $200,000 to leave their baby with him and she leave and start a new family.
All of this very shocking and a little hard to process because who can see Steve Urkel beating on a woman? On the otherhand, Steve Urkel is a character and Jaleel White is a real person. What do you think of what Jaleel White’s ex had to say about their relationship?
