If this is true, the neighbors have the right and SHOULD complain.  People spend a lot of money on their homes and they should be able to live in peace and respectfully.  Chris is clearly a very immature guy who behaves like a frat boy.  He threw a CHAIR threw a window at the NBC studios, for goodness sake, just because he was mad about how his Today Show interview went!  This guy is so arrogant and self absorbed that he doesn’t care so WHY in the world would he give a darn about respecting living boundaries as not to offend other people?  He doesn’t care.

Chris is very very talented, that’s clear.  However, he has a chip on his shoulder.  He plays the “I’m a good guy who did a few bad things so why is everybody mad at me, why not look at all of the good that I do?” role.  Underneath all of that smiling and cuteness is a very angry, detached, arrogant, and violent guy.  He’s NOT the cute little guy that some of us want him to be.  Sadly a LOT of celebrities behave this way.  They move into co-ops and high rises and then terrorize the neighbors because they honestly feel that hte neighbors are “lucky” to be living around a star.  It’s ridiculous and this story is disturbing.  A party every now and then, fine.  Living like you’re living in a college dorm, nada.    People need to learn how to be respectful of others.  That’s not too much to ask.

 Marva you are wrong. In the U.S.A. you can live wherever you’d like as long as it doesn’t infringe with other people and their lives. Being a celebrity is not a free pass to cause havoc in a community. Part of growing up is to know how to conduct yourself among other people and if you don’t understand that than you and Chris Brown obviously have a lot of growing up to do.
