depends on the state you live in, whether u have a gun permit, or a person is on your property. here in oklahoma a person can shoot and kill a person if there sufficient probable cause there have been numerous “justifiable homicides” in my city in the last few years. georgia may have some of the same laws since both states are similiar in how they adopt laws especially those involving a gun.
