    I think their judgement was off. It’s great to dedicate things to black history month, but having fried chicken and collard greens on the menu just for black history month is plan old stereotyping that blacks eat that stuff all the time. If this is true, why can’t it be on the menu all the time?

    This is funny… last month I gave a presentation to a local human resource management group who served fried chicken for the dinner which followed. I made a comment about it to one of the white women sitting next to me about it not being a very well thoughout diversity meal considering the speaker. She turned to me later and asked if I liked the “diversified chicken”. We laughed…

    You can’t take yourself but so seriously or it gets out of hand. Would have been better if the top of the menu at NBC had just said “Soul Food”? People need to stop!
