In addition to Young Buck‘s tax problems, the rapper is now being sued by his record label, G-Unit Records for $10 million.  The label filed the claim in Buck’s bankruptcy case in the event that he breaches his contract.

A claim was also filed for $171,000 relating to a $300,000 loan from 50 Cent in 2005.

A total of 14 claims have been filed against Young Buck totalling over $11 million.

Young Buck’s lawyer, Robin Mitchell Joyce, says that Buck’s largest problem was that he was unaware of many of the business deals he was involved in.

“One of the biggest problems with Buck’s situation is not only that it’s so complex, but also that he didn’t understand it,” Joyce said. “The money went in and the money went out and Buck’s universe of knowledge about his financial state is a balance on an ATM receipt. … Buck never knew at one point, at several points, that he was a millionaire.”
