Does Rihanna think she can save her career by moving to the acting world?

We’ve seen many greats hit the big screen and completely FAIL. Can you name your favorite Beyonce flick? We didn’t think so…

Rihanna has a role in a new film titled Battleship. Here’s what Variety reported on the movie:

Rihanna will make her feature film debut in Universal’s “Battleship” alongside Alexander Skarsgard and Taylor Kitsch.

U has set a May 25, 2012, release date for “Battleship,” which takes place across the seas, over the skies and land in a battle for planet survival against a superior force. Kitsch, who also works with Berg in the NBC series “Friday Night Lights,” stars as a naval officer who leads the fight. Skarsgard will play his brother.

Do you think Rihanna will score with her film role or will it just add to her current demise?

In regards to her career being over, I don’t think you could call it over, but if you look at the billboard charts and sales with soundscan they may be sayin that cause she is on hit songs but they are not hers and her albums, the last 2, are not selling and she can’t pack a concert, solo, right now to save her life, lol as for whether or not she will be good at acting, don’t know but if her interview presence is any indication I don’t think so, she always seem very stiff and zombie like in interviews but who knows maybe she has been holding out , lol time will tell, but as for the career, if she does not do well on this next album, where I hear the lable is pulling out all the stops, then her singing career will definitly be in jeapordy. If she can’t produce sales in 3 albums then they will stop putting money behind her.

This is not a hate message but a true one! I am not a fan but I am also not against her.

You can simply see the Rihanna hate in this article, must have been written by a Female because how is her music career coming to an end? She has been on 3 big singles in the past year, including her own (Run This Town, Rude Girl & I Love The Way It Hurts)

This is what TALENTED persons with VISION DO. Duh!

Rihanna is @ the early stage of the height of her career so she is hardly done with singing and she sings with Eminem on his number song in the country right now, so duhhh.

She diversifies her career by branching into acting. She wants to do comedic and action dramatic roles. It is a great option for her. She does not turn to acting B/C Her singing fails. She has a highly successful singing career.

Singing to acting? All within the span of a couple DAYS? That’s no career change! She’s still a singer until she’s paying taxes on the money she makes from ACTING! http://bit.ly/aJocm2
