Is 50 Cent Done With Rap?!

50 Cent will be busy in producing and starring in several television and film projects.

Rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is trying to take a serious step in his career by participating in several television and film projects.

According to Variety, 50 Cent will be playing as a police informant in a cop film entitled “Caught in the Crossfire” along with Chris Klein, Alex Rodriguez, and Richard T. Jones.

New kid on the block Brian Miller, who wrote the script for “Crossfire,” will also direct the film. Although Miller is writing and directing, the movie will be produced under 50’s production company Cheetah Vision Films. According to Variety, “Crossfire” tells the story of “two homicide detectives who get caught in the crossfire of a gang-related homicide and a group of dirty cops.”

Under Cheetah Vision Films, 50 Cent is producing and starring in a remake of “Jekyll & Hyde” along with Forest Whitaker. Also, a drama is to be produced by the rapper and directed by Benny Boom.

    I have to agree with the first person. If he wants to do the other stuff aside from acting, then we won’t have a problem with that. He’s best at staying behind the scenes. The rest of the G-Unit cats, don’t know what they’ll do next. At least 50 has a good backup plan after retirement. There’s a time when people will grow tired of listening to you, and you got to hang up the mike sometime.
