The British brand Topshop opened its first store on American soil this week in Soho, bringing another option for inexpensive, fast-fashion shopping to New Yorkers. At one of three parties thrown in its honor, Rosario Dawson confessed that she’s a huge fan of dressing for less. “Some of my best compliments are on a $15 Ross dress,” she told us. “Ross gets you a weird look, but I’ve rocked two or three good pieces from there over the years.”
