even if it is true that it is his song, how long had the song been sitting around? who made the song hot? and did they have any dealings or did wayne just jack the song? and even if they just jacked the song how you gonna want ALL proceeds the song produced player, lol, what part of the game is that!? But it’s not even about how long ago the song was made or who made it hot. If the song is in deed his, then he is entitled to receiving “producers credit” for the song. And possibly even writers credit depending upon how the original song was done & the final version that Wayne used. Now he might not be entitled to ALL of the proceeds from that song if Wayne wrote the lyrics and only used his beat. But if this producer did the ENTIRE song that Wayne used on his album, then he is owed all of the proceeds from the song. These artists need to stop stealing music from other writers & producers and give them their credit & money. Destiny’s child just settled a lawsuit just like this for “Cater 2 U” last month. The guy was a producer from Chicago and Beyonce & them had stole his entire song including how the title was spelled. So let this be a lesson to up & coming song writers & producers, MAKE SURE YOU COPYRIGHT YOUR WORK!!!
