A.J. Jewell’s Death Officially Ruled A Homicide

TMZ reports that the death of Kandi Burruss’ ex-fianceé, A.J. Jewell, has officially been ruled a homicide according to the Fulton County Medical Examiner.

Officials have determined the cause of death to be “Physical altercation resulting in sickle cell trait related exertional collapse.” Jewell’s bout with sickle cell and an enlarged heart have been listed as contributing factors, meaning that the fight caused Jewell’s sickle cell anemia to flare up.
