UPDATE: Diddy Says Day 26 Still Part Of Bad Boy

Diddy tells Philly’s 100.3 FM DJ Kendra G that Day 26 is still part of the Bad Boy family.
Day 26, the R&B quintet put together by Diddy during “Making The Band 4,” have ended their relationship with Bad Boy Records. Diddy recently signed a new distribution deal for the label with Interscope Records. Day 26 will remain on Atlantic Records, the former distributor of Bad Boy Records. “Bad Boy is always our family, but we’re with Atlantic right now,” member Willie Taylor told The BoomBox.

Wow there is nobody on Bad Boy anymore. That’s why Diddy has to do reality shows, and Sean John. This music s**t ain’t him. People still respect Diddy because he was so close to Biggie, but let’s be real if Biggie was still around he would have dropped BadBoy so fast. Diddy started feelin himself too much, eventually he would have f**ked up. He’s intelligent no doubt, but BadBoy is dead, and so is anyone career deals with this label. That’s why he has to do “Making the Band” no real artist would EVER go to Badboy. He got these grown ass women and men living in the same apartments and s**t. They can’t even afford their own damn spot, that’s crazy. LMAO!!

I wouldn’t say all of the people with bad boy did so good after they left. To be honest not many of those artist really took off like it probably should. You may hear from lil kim, 112, carl thomas, faith, every now and then but others they M.I.A

Diddy has a history of using young talent to his advantage. I think that Day 26 deserves a chance to prove themselves. So, what’s going to happen to Donnie because his album was a dud?
They should have known that going to Bad Boy was not a intelligent idea, “Bad Boy” isn’t going to give you yo money, you may go to jail, or you maybe murdered, so lesson learned!!!! Bad Boy is the black hole of the industry, Ya’ll should have already known that. Working for Diddy is extremely dangerous, he make hits and put hits out on yo life. So, good job for Day 26 for getting out while their still alive and able to have a career.
