Straight up. There is no reason for a father or parent to pick up an instrument and aim for their child’s face. And all yall who are condoning it, have serious issues. Regardless of why he did it, it’s wildly inappropriate to do that to your daughters face! If she were a minor he’d be in jail, and if she were intelligent enough she’d press assault charges on him.
