Mary J. Blige sung one hour in Richmond. It was such a short concert. I wonder if they paid her what she was entitled? The show did not sell out. Okay, Okay….I just wanted to keep it real. She did not have dancers…just her band. I was a little disappointed in not getting the full concert experience because I enjoy seeing the dancers as well until she started to sing.

Mary was phenonmical. I would pay to see her again if only for one hour. Seeing Mary live in concert is another level to experience. She is like a force in nature…she comes out and just kills it.

I remember talking to this woman for a year and we always had great conversations until…she said Mary was not a real singer. WTF…how can someone fix their lips to say something like that? Mary sings so good that she actually made tears come to my eyes…all of theses feeling I had about the passing of my mother just emerged from nowhere.

I think I really love Mary because she has the ability to make you believe what she’s saying. She is the epitome of the expression, “nothing but the truth” because Mary keeps it real.
